Monthly Tantric Goddess Vinyasa Flow @ Ffynnon Flow Wellness exploring the magic of
the Mahavidyas.
Last Friday of the month, 7-8.30pm
In this month's class we will connect with the energy of the goddess Kali through movement, mantra and meditation and reflect on how Kali's energy has shown up in our own lives as a guiding, transformational force at times of chaos, dissolution and despair. Kali offers us the energy of strength, determination and hope in fierce defence of our personal boundaries. She is a force to be reckoned with and teaches us to be the same.
In Hindu Tantric texts, the Ten Mahavidyas are a group of goddesses which represent different forms of the female reality, Mahadevi, the Great Goddess.
