As the light begins to return and the earth stirs from winter’s rest, Brigid invites us to rekindle our inner flame—the spark of creativity, intuition, and renewal that lives within us all.
Through gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, and immersive sound healing, we will honour the energy of the triple goddess of hearth, forge, and well—awakening vitality in body, mind, and spirit.
