About the event
6pm - 7pm Beginner's Aerial
Feel the support and challenge of the silks as we move through vinyasa and traditional yoga poses including some fun tricks and inversions. A full body workout, great for cultivating balance and developing inner calm.
7.15 - 8.15 Restorative Aerial Yin
This class is about slowing down and enjoying restorative poses in the hammocks. The focus is on gentle stretching and relaxing in the silks.
