About the event
6pm - 7pm Beginner's Aerial
Feel the support and challenge of the silks as we move through vinyasa and traditional yoga poses including some fun tricks and inversions. Great for cultivating balance and developing inner calm.
7.15 - 8.15 Restorative Aerial Yin
This class is about slowing down and enjoying restorative poses in the hammocks. The focus is on gentle stretching and relaxing in the silks.
£15 per class. Only 6 places available so everyone gets intensive personalised instruction.
