About the event
6pm - 7pm Aerial Trapeze
Develop your core and upper body strength using aerial slings and handles for a whole body workout.
This class is the most physically demanding and may include some inversions.
7.15 - 8.15 Aerial Silks
Feel the support and challenge of the silks as we move through vinyasa and traditional yoga poses including some fun tricks and inversions. Also a full body workout but gentler than the trapeze. Great for cultivating balance and developing inner calm.
8.30 - 9.30 Restorative Aerial Yin
